"Good little tractor. I was given this tractor by a friend. It was running but needed some TLC. It has since been torn down and cleaned up, painted and reassembled. These tractors are fairly rare and not many were made. They are a small tractor, good for hobby gardeners or collectors. The only problem is obtaining parts. The Massey-Harris Pony has many parts that are interchangeable with the Earthmaster. Mine has hydraulics with a 3-point hitch and came with a blade, plow, and cultivator. I have plowed my small garden area just once with it. I am in the process of converting it over to 12 volt."

"The Earthmaster tractor is one of the "lesser known" classic tractors. They are far from a household name like the green, red, blue, orange and prairie gold tractors. Earthmaster tractors were ahead of their time. They were produced in California originally after WWII by Adel Precision Hydraulic Co. This was a company that produced hydraulic systems for airplanes. They were bought and moved to Statesville, N.C. by the Turner Mfg. Co. who assembled a few more tractors then sold all the remaining inventory To the C.H. Lathem Co. in Belhaven,N.C. The final owner of the company was from south Georgia, but passed away before he got the company restarted. This tractor was available in both one and two row configurations plus high crop variations. It used a 4 cylinder N-62 Continental engine and had a 3 speed transmission with reverse. This tractor came with live hydraulics standard, optional P.T.O.and a belt pulley. It was an ideal tractor for small acreage farms and vineyards. The equipment ranged from disk plows to cultivators and all things needed for row crops at the time.
