"In my opinion, this is one of the best, (if not the Best) lawn and garden tractors ever built.
I'm kind of stuck on the whole Sears Suburban tractor design anyway, but this model seems to mark a pinnacle production year for roper tractors, especially being fitted with the "M"-Series 20 horsepower "twin" Onan engines which drive the 48-inch deck well.
An era gone by, sadly enough! Good old USA vintage iron. Amen.
