"After a long day, nothing beats a couple hrs. in my favorite seat: pushing, pulling, cutting, plowing, dragging, whatever. It's my therapy!"
"I can't think of much to say as I have not had it that long, but what little I can say is: • It is surprisingly powerful for a tractor its size, but I have to say that it is a bit challenged in filling the bucket with 1 1/2" - 2" gravel (or would that be better termed as 'rock'? lol), but have found that there IS a certain technique that seems to work out pretty well. ;) • Am currently negotiating a price on a package of 3 point hitch attachments (quite local, thank goodness!), which will indeed improve the practicality of "my little workhorse". They include a 60" mower deck, 60" plow blade, 60" rototiller, 60" rake and a single bottom plow. I can't wait to finalize the deal and get on with my "Spring To Do List"."
"I'm in love with the B7200HST. It's small enough to fit in my building, yet big enough to do all the jobs I need done. I've taken the mowing deck off because I have a Craftsman for that. The Kubota is a very reliable, smooth running tractor."
"I bought a B7200 in 1986, brand new and had it for about 10 years. Sold it when I sold the farm. I just recently bought another one used, same year with a B1630 front end loader. These are good solid tractors and seem to run forever. I'm in the process of reconditioning this one, not a full restoration, just fixing stuff that has been neglected or ignored. The B7200 is hard to beat, even if you have to spend a little money making it right."
"I got the tractor from a friend who bought it new. It sat most of the time. I also got a Bush Hog rototiller backhoe yard box post hole auger and a landscape rake. It also has a front end loader and I also bought a 3-point trailer hitch receiver for it. The next thing I'm going to get is a quick hitch for the attachments. So far I have done is replaced all the hoses on the backhoe and some on the tractor. I have done lots of work myself on the tractor shop labor rate to high. Sometimes I wish it had more power and could go a little faster but it has done everything I could ask of it. The backhoe is not the easiest thing to attach but I can do it myself. "
"This tractor has been going since I bought it at 140 hours, basic maintenance and good care, stored outside, even during winter (engine heater battery warmer), you could call it old faithful. Attachments: FEL, backhoe, 60in. snow blower, 60-in tiller, mower deck (not used). "
"Excellent tractor."
"I purchased a Kubota B7200HST for an excellent price because the mower deck gear box was seized. It is amazing how they don't run without lube. I managed to disassemble the gear box and replace (4) bearings and (2) seals and the deck works perfectly. After using it for a while I smelled belt and smoke from under the hood. The Dinamo (generator) seized up. I just replaced (3) bearings in that (easier than the gearbox) and I will put it back on the tractor tonight. When it was running it mowed through the roughest nastiest stuff with tons of power---no problem. I am very excited to get this tractor running again. I am sure it was an awesome tractor in it's day and it will be again. "
"Nice running small tractor in processed of remain of motor. Got water down exhaust at the place I had it stored. Also redoing clutch. Things going together with no problems. Parts prices are ridiculous however."
"Very impressed with this Kubota. For as old as she is, her repairs have been minor."
