"I bought this 21 years ago. Great machine. 3sp std trans with 3 ranges. 4 cyl diesel is flawless. Size and maneuverability are excellent. I've used the belly mower, scraper blade, bush hog, 5ft snowblower, etc. Now I use it for snow removal in winter and bush hog heavy grass in summer. Three range transmission includes creeper low. I added a 3rd party front end loader (via Amish welder) which works great. Most lovable machine in every respect EXCEPT the transmission is not synchronized. HST would be better in some ways but I like the std. trans too much. If it had a synchromesh it would be THE best small tractor ever made."
"Okay somewhat."
"I bought it from a guy that had to sale it. it is in A one shape it is a B2150 HST with loader, rear blade plow, cultivator and I also bought a woods brush hog new 4 footer. I did a compete maint. check on the tractor before I used it."
"I love my little Kubota. I added a 6 foot backhoe from liberty backhoes and a cab. Dug my whole basement with it, best machine ever :). The only problem is everyone wants to borrow it."
"Engine parts available from factors most other parts available from Kubota O rings not available recently for control valve in LA350 front loader hydraulic block Kubota offered a new valve for £1700 or a new block repair kit for £90 but could not say what was in it dealers sometimes say it is very old but not compared with the 6-7-800 which appears to be indestructible."
"Excellent tractor. Small build with huge punch."
"Great machine."

"I bought this unit used a few months ago. So far, I have no complaints. I got it to do regular maintenance on a two mile stretch of dirt road that leads to our cabin. Pulling a 6 ft. landscape rake and a 5 ft back blade have been no problem for the 2wd. I run out of traction long before the engine starts to bog down. It is really the perfect size for my needs. After a long weekend working on our road, I can see the benefit of the HST transmission. Backing up and moving back and forth so much would make for a horrible day if I had the manual transmission. Fuel consumption is almost none, it really runs forever on a tank of diesel. I have the turf tires and they have given good traction performance so far. I have bought chains for some snow work this winter and expect they will be fine. Build quality so far is fine. I see no real crazy things they did when they built this unit. One concern is the hour meter which is actually an engine rpm counter. Not a problem but they label it "HRS" and it is only accurate in real time when the engine rpm is up at PTO speed, not the end of the world, but took a while to understand. 3 pt works fine; steering is very easy (power). Ride comfort is not bad. On this I do not like is the engagement of the locking differential. It is my first experience with this and I would be happier if it wasn't so hard to push down and hold while you are running the tractor. It takes all of my leg power to push and hold it in. Also, the heel and toe of the forward/reverse pedal could be a little more ergonomic. Still haven't figured out the "cruise control" lever, maybe that is the answer for the tiring heel/toe pedal. The lock mechanism for the brake pedal is another item that was engineered by an idiot. A simple "golf cart " type would have been so much better than having to lean all the way down to engage the flimsy little lever down near the floor board. Maybe there is some sneaky little trick i need to learn with my right foot to lock the brake pedal. Engine is solid, hst is good... all in all, a good little machine for my needs."
"I bought this new with FEL and 60 inch belly mower. I ordered it with industrial tread bar tires but did not get them until several months after getting the tractor. The dealer let me use the turf tires for no charge. I thought I made a mistake buying this tractor because it was so unstable when using the loader. Then the bar tires finally arrived I had the dealer fill all 4 with calcium chloride. What a difference! I have two very steep hills in my driveway so my wife bought me chains for it a year later. I added automotive chains to the front tire a few years later. It does very well in ice and snow. I use a box blade and FEL to clear my drive. I eventually had the dealer remove the fluid from the front tires after having to replace the clutches in the bi-speed turn feature. I added an overflow tank to the radiator, runs cooler on days like today (97 degrees F). On the flip side it has never failed to started for me even down to -5 degrees F, any colder than that I don't start. ;-)"
