"Bought this larger John Deere to supplement our small farm. We also have an older JD 2020 diesel. The 2550 is a good machine; we just rebuilt the water pump. My brother and I like it to supplement the 2020 but will probably look for a larger machine as we are growing. I'm currently considering a JD 4020 and some JD 4440 tractors."
REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Pros: Pretty good value for a used machine.Cons: Just did $1,000 in repairs, not bad for 25 years old though.
