"I have 2IH 240. One runs great the other one needs fly wheel gear ring and burns more oil than gas. I am using one for parts to make one excellent condition."

"Most of my experience with this tractor was when I was 13 years of age. I learned to drive on this little beast. I was 14 when I took this tractor and planted 6 acres of cotton. This was when we lived in Ala. I went to the country store and learned from older men there how to do the turning and planting and made some pretty good money with it. Long story short - I sold the tractor in 1992, moved to Az., bought a truck and went long haul. The only tractor I have is a Peterbilt and I don't think that is what you are looking for."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
