"The Husqvarna YTH24V48Ls is the biggest pile of junk we have ever spent $3,000 on! It is nothing but problems! The pulleys and spindles were all replaced multiple times. The front wheel bearings were also replaced multiple times. The hours meter fogged up inside the first use and the hours have never calculated right. The wash port broke off twice. This machine is less than three years old and only used on lawns. I would never buy a Husqvarna product again. Parts are never available for weeks. Deck wheels have come off many times. The metal is cheap and bends then breaks! "
"I bought this lawn tractor, along with its very expensive blower-assisted bagger attachment. Silly me---I thought I was buying a quality piece of equipment. Over the 1st 2 years, I averaged 3 replacement bagger belts per year (at ~$80 per belt). Over-filling the bins the least bit caused the blower belt to "smoke" and be ruined. And, (I believe) the weight of the blower assembly caused the mower deck to can't to one side, creating a very uneven, cut, gouging on turns. Finally, last year the belt wouldn't stay on for more than a few minutes. The tractor spent most of last summer at the dealer, hoping to get fixed. The dealer finally gave up; Husqvarna was no help at all!"
"Paid a thousand more for this than that clunky JD I got from Home Depot. You get what you pay for. Both tractors have the same Kawasaki engine, but the tractor (Husky) is much better built. I'm sold on Husky lawn tractors."
