"I bought this this little blue Ford tractor from the original owner and he really took care of it. I moved out into the country and knew I needed a tractor for the 5 acres we own just for the mowing. The tractor came with a brush hog a 6 disc plow and a scrapper blade all for $2200 dollars, since then I bought a new Brush Hog Box Blade and a boom for lifting . It is one of the best deals I ever made and I love my little Ford."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Everything works great. Cons: Need a new seat the spring is too weak on this tractor but I weigh 240lbs. Type of User: Homeowner 1-10 Acres Location: USA TX I also considered buying:

"I have a 1983 Ford 1510 which has proven it self time and time again. I call it "Little Work Horse" because it is just that. I have 146 acres with some creek bottom and no job is too big for the 1510. The size is perfect to get in and out of thick wooded areas."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Dependable, economical, strong! Cons: Needs more weight up front. Type of User: Homeowner 100+ Acres Location: USA GA I also considered buying:

"I bought this little Ford to mow my 5 acres in N Texas. Bought from the orginal owner, unit came with orginal paper work and various receipts. It has done so much more than I thought it could do. The selling price was $2700.00 and it came with a 5 ft brush hog mower, a single blade for dirt work and a dual disc for discing. I have bought a NEW Brush Hog box blade for it. I could not be happier."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Starts and runs like a top and no smoke. Cons: Needs tires. Type of User: Homeowner 1-10 Acres Location: USA TX I also considered buying:

"Our Ford 1510 4x4 we bought used at an auction in the fall of 2010. It came with an FEL and I later bought a back blade for it. We needed it to complete excavating for a garage floor in our pole barn. The thing is built like a small tank. It only has one small leak in one of the front hubs. Not having p/s is a drawback when the FEL is heavily loaded. I use the back blade to grade our driveway as needed. We just bought tire chains for it and I hope plow the driveway with it this winter. Also hope to buy a brush hog for it in the future."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Old and solid. Cons: No power steering. Type of User: Homeowner 10-50 Acres Location: USA OH I also considered buying: Kubota B7200, Kioti CK25

"We have owned this tractor for almost 20 years with very few problems. Only drawback is lack of power steering. Used for rough mowing, finish mowing, loading manure, raking hay etc. This tractor is used everyday, repairs have been water pump $400, front drive shaft $ 80, bolt for hyd. pump $4. Cannot say enough good things about this tractor."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Handy size, very reliable. Cons: Could always use more horsepower, no power steering. Type of User: Homeowner 50-100 Acres Location: CND OT I also considered buying: Massey Ferguson 1220

"I bought this tractor used from a friend who used it on his new home to landscape. He had bought it used. We have 165 acres of wooly brush old cow pasture. I have really used this tractor and the only issues were flat tires going over thorny brush. I can't say enough good about this 1510 Ford. I'm looking to get a new tractor with power steering, but if I can't get a good price on a new tractor this one will stay."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Dependable. Cons: Turf tires. Type of User: Homeowner 100+ Acres Location: USA MO I also considered buying: Kubota B3300SU

"After 26 years of service I think the Ford 1510 is a great utility tractor that has allowed me to live in the country, up in the hills with ease. Until I found a great dealer in Brim Tractor, Salem Oregon I was really concerned about service and support."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Great power from the three cylinders, the 4WD has saved a tremendous amount of time! Having a great dealer makes a big difference. Cons: For a few years it was tough finding a good dealer and the price of parts remains a real problem. Type of User: Homeowner 1-10 Acres Location: USA OR I also considered buying:
