"Just bought this small tractor. So far I like it a lot because it's small & maneuvers great. It's great for small gardens & food plots for wildlife. I've had a bit of trouble with the starter & glow plugs but I'm in the process of replacing them."
"I've had this tractor for about 15 yrs. It had less than 400 hrs. on it when I bought it. I have a Ford 930A 4-ft. finish mower, that came with it. I also have a Modern 4ft blade for it. I use it mostly for grass cutting, and some dirt work."
"Hello, this is Paul at P.F. Engineering. I've been using the Ford 1110 compact as my "mule" for the front end loader and backhoe prototypes I designed since 2002. Previously these implements were mounted to a large garden tractor. However i found the need for 4WD while using the loader and a little more vehicle weight and I was not disappointed with this setup on the 1110. In 11 years nothing has broken and the only thing besides routine maintenance has been adding a lower radiator hose block heater this fall in prep for this winters snow removal duty. The one downside to this tractor is the fact that it only puts out 13HP but with the gear drive 5 speed hi/lo range it is easy to find the correct gear for the job and the results are impressive taking into consideration the size/weight/power combination. I have put this machine through the mill, hauling full 1/4 yd. buckets of stone, loam, concrete chunks from demo projects, stumps, etc, digging the footings for my 20' x 30' shop, and it came through without a single hiccup. Just this past weekend I moved 30 yds. of composted loam without a problem. The on-board hydraulics are very capable for the front end loader and backhoe attachments at 4.15 GPM @ 1750 psi using all 2" bore hydraulic cylinders. You will not be going into the excavating business with this tractor but for a home owner with a few acres, adding a loader and small backhoe is easily within it's capabilities and this tractor will probably outlive you."
