"So far very happy with tractor, tuned it up replaced all oils and it runs likes a champ, got it to Bush hog my 4 acres and put in driveway and all other odd jobs you do with a utility tractor. Very easy to find parts and work on."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Solid tractor even at 55 years old, easy to work on and parts availability. Cons: For being 55 years old, I can't find anything to complain about. Type of User: Homeowner 1-10 Acres Location: USA IN I also considered buying: Ford 2N

"I bought this tractor to help me rehab an old house on a 2 acre island. The property was badly overgrown and the house needs everything (including some major drainage work). I bought this particular tractor because it had a front end loader. The tractor has been great. I have put in foundation drains and 90 yards of rack, sand, and soil. I have cleared the property with the bucket and bush-hog. For my heavily loaded loader work it could benefit from power steering, and wider front tires. Also, 4 wheel drive would be great. But for the $3400 I paid for a ready to work machine I have right to complain. It is a great tractor."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Modest cost, versatility, available parts. Cons: It is not a 4wd, power steering tractor. Lacks roll over protection. Type of User: Homeowner 1-10 Acres Location: USA FL I also considered buying:

"I purchased this tractor to do cleanup work on a 2 acre overgrown island. I selected this particular one because it was in good shape, and had a loader. I'm really not in a good position to compare it to other tractors. The last tractor I regularly used was a 1940's vintage John Deere Model M and that was 40 years ago. Having said that, I'm amazed at the work this old tractor will do."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Low cost, 5 speed, live PTO, easy/cheap parts, loader. Cons: I could really use 4 wheel drive and a backhoe (but only paid $3400). Type of User: Homeowner 1-10 Acres Location: USA FL I also considered buying: John Deere M, Ford 8N
