"I was told this particular model was made by Mahindra."
"For what it is designed for (a good landscape tractor/with options for backhoe hookup), it is very good. Has 4WD has 4 fwd and reverse with shifts to two lower gears, giving it 12 gears altogether. You need to check bolt torque regularly especially the front loader to frame hook up, but if serviced regularly will give very good performance. All gears synchronized, but the 3 main speeds require stopping to shift into. They no longer make the Farmtrac, however my dealer tells me that the McCormick has a similar built tractor which parts are interchangeable."
"Bought this tractor with the TLB package with 2 hours on it. Have worked it like a good horse. Love this tractor. I grew up on a large farm and used many full size tractors in the past. This little 39hp diesel was no disappointment at all. Did everything I have asked from it. My wife always kids me that when I'm on it it's like watching a transformer in action!!"
"This has been a great medium size tractor. Mine is a 4 wheel drive with a Long loader and R-4 tires loaded with beet juice. It works year round. Wife uses it to muck horse stalls. I plow snow with a rear blade and loader. Runs a 6 foot tiller, 5 foot bush hog, 6' woods finish mower and carries 1100 lb round bales fine I put up hay with Ford 5000, the Farmtrac runs the hay rake and moves 11100 lb bales with a front and rear bale spear. It works along side the Ford and burns about 1/4 the fuel over the same amount of hours."
"Has been a pretty tough machine. Only problems I have is cold weather starting I have to give her a shot of starting fluid. Recently built a heated shop so this will not be a problem any longer. "
"Loader is the weakest part of the tractor. I really like the tractor as a whole which also has a backhoe. It is just the right size for my property and work. I know that I have overloaded the front end loader but have had a lot of breakage with the frame work and welds and bolts shearing off. Thankfully I have been able to weld and repair myself. With the company gone bankrupt, I no longer have a local supply for parts."
"This is my first and only review on this compact tractor. After 300+ hours of operation, heavy lifting, BH digging, bushhogging, moving and leveling gravel and dirt, even transporting wet concrete in the front end loader after cement truck got stuck and couldn't get to where the cement needed to be poured, and countless other large and small jobs I've forgotten about, all I can say is that this tractor did it all without a complaint, from the 1st day I bought it to right now. After much research before purchasing, I couldn't beat the price, terms, durability and quality for the price, as well as the dealer care. Yes, I originally wanted the Kubotas & JDs for the quality and name of course, but their prices made me do further research, and I'm glad I did. My little low dollar 360 Farmtrac went well beyond my expectations for durability, power and quality, and it continues to keep up with the big guys, day after day. Not one major problem or breakdown yet. Definitely one of the best purchases I've ever made, and not one regret. I love my Farmtrac!"
"I own three tractors currently and have had numerous ones in the past. This has been the most trouble free and reliable. I have ever owned. I purchased it with front end loader and frame mounted backhoe."
"This is a good little tractor, but it is on the light side for me. if u need the extra power to go into the low range, then you probably wont get traction. Other than that its a great tractor. It doesn't use much fuel and is very quite. I will keep mine for a long time. My big concern is the weight which can be overcome."
"We have the 360DTC with front-loader and back-hoe. All in all, we like the tractor. It has great power for it's size and has done most of the jobs we have asked of it. However, we have found that due to the size of the rear bucket and the power of the hydraulics, it won't always lift a heaping load of dirt. We have also had to replace the clutch twice! I think the tractor would be better with a more traditional clutch instead of a diaphragm clutch. We would still recommend the tractor to others, though if we had it to do over again, we would have bought the Kubota."
