Model year: 2010 Date Purchased: 2010-05-11 Number of Hours: 100

"I purchased the Farmtrac 320 TLB (Tractor/Loader/Backhoe) in 2010 to do work around our home. We have 12 acres, partly wooded, with about 3 acres under water (2 ponds) and about 3 acres in grass. The tractor did not get much use the first 3 years due to my job keeping me so busy. The past 2 years, especially 2014 saw quite a lot of use due to several projects which included clearing trees and excavating for some stone work near the house. The excavation projects required digging about 6' deep with the backhoe and removing the bad soil with the loader. The unit performed well and did the job even though the project might have at first seemed to big for it to handle. Very reliable tractor -- no problems starting even at 0 deg. F. Unit is very "beefy" especially the backhoe which mounts directly to the frame. Shuttle shift transmission works well. Especially like the "Float" feature on the Loader which minimizes wear and tear on the bucket and hydraulics during grading."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Economical to buy and maintain. Tractor seems to be well made and sturdy. "Float" feature on 5045 Loader. Quick hydraulics. Cons: May be difficult to get parts in future. Engine is noisy on startup and clutch throwout bearing is very noisy when in neutral and clutch pedal not engaged. No turn signals on tractor. Type of User: Homeowner 10-50 Acres Location: USA VA I also considered buying: John Deere 4200, Kubota B7800

"I looked at several other tractors before making my decision. I bought a Farmtrac because for the money I could not beat it. It has a loader on the front with quick disconnect and it has a backhoe on the rear that comes off very easy, 3pt hitch for my implements, plenty of power, it is 4wheel drive with hill lock. I am very pleased with it. Preforms as good as those green or red ones."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: 4x4 hill lock wet brakes hydrostatic hayspear goes to ft of tractor gauage with tac & hourmeter Cons: solid rollbar have to buy diffrent wheels to use ag tires must get off tractor to get on backhoe Type of User: Homeowner 50-100 Acres Location: USA KY I also considered buying: Kubota B3030, John Deere 135
