"Save your money and do not buy any Cub Cadet products from Tractor Supply. You can not get it serviced by any Cub Cadet dealers and tractor supply do not service them. I purchased one in 2013 and was having problem with it popping out of gear going up a bank in my yard. I called Cub while it was in warranty to have it repaired by the time they found a shop that would look at the tractor my warranty had run out. I took it to Fowlkes Machine in Wytheville to have it serviced---40 miles from my home. The service people wanted me to know that they were not happy working on a tractor from Tractor Supply and really did not care if it was fixed. They looked at it for 10 min and said the could not find anything wrong with it. When A ask the service manager about the tractor, I was told they did not have the time to spend on my tractor. Please if you are going to buy a tractor, don’t use Tractor Supply or Fowlkes. I’m still don’t have a tractor that goes up hill, it is great downhill, so if you want a great downhill tractor go to Tractor Supply. I should have went with John Deere."

"Pretty decent mower for the money. Kawasaki engine performs great. The deck is okay, but the idler pulleys are cheap stamped tin, non-serviceable (no grease fittings). Already had to replace 2 and only have 208 hours on mower. Not expensive only about 14.00 at the dealer just don't think they should go out so soon. Overall satisfaction 3 to 4 out of 5."

"Ever since new, I've had a problem with this mower breaking mower deck belts. The longest time between having to replace belts was 35 hours. The mower cuts nice---when the belt isn't broken---but I've also had a broken spindle that was replaced under warranty. The mower is also VERY noisy compared to my previous Scotts 17.542HS, which never broke a deck belt in over 400 hours of operation."
