Model year: 2002 Date Purchased: 2010-04-15 Number of Hours: 672

"Bought from dealer who originally sold it and owner traded it in. Dealer used it for plowing snow at his place of business. Bought tractor with 402 hrs. Now has over 650hrs. Besides normal maintenance items. The only issues have been glow plugs needing to be replaced, discovered timing relay controller was defective causing premature failure of the glow plugs. Fuel tank developed pin hole leaks in bottom of tank. Price of replacement over $700.00. Opted to repair tank. Quite a job to remove and reinstall tank. Over 9 man hours lots of cursing and a couple of skin knuckles. Tractor purchased with 485 front end loader, quick detach bucket, quick detach front forks, 8' snow plow manual angle. I have since purchased double ring chains for the rear tires, 5' brush hog, 50" tiller, 7' York rake and built a counter weight box incorporating a 2" receiver. "

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Very strong tractor, economical on fuel, extremely reliable. Cons: Replacement parts are very expensive. Type of User: Homeowner 10-50 Acres Location: USA NH I also considered buying:

"Great private find; low hours, 36 HP Mitsubishi 4 cyl diesel motor, heater cab, Woods back hoe and quick release loader, York rake, back blade, 6' snow thrower, dual axle trailer. Other than glow pugs and fuel filer has needed no maintenance. Looked at new and used machines for several years for 1/2 mile long dirt road maintenance and for loading logs for band saw mill operation, this one was worth the wait."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Powerful, nicely equipped, low maintenance. Cons: Expensive hard to find parts; at least the glow plugs. Type of User: Homeowner 10-50 Acres Location: USA NY I also considered buying:

Model year: 2001 Date Purchased: 2003-01-01 Number of Hours: 250

"I bought it 2 yrs old used from a Cub dealer who was using it to move stuff around. It had about 30 hrs on it but was a little weathered from sitting outside. Got a good deal on it. Included the Cub branded Woods Quick-tach loader, bucket and a Cub branded Woods finish mower. Have since sold the mower and got a fork for the loader. I haven't put a lot of hours on it over the years but it's always been there when I need it. I had one minor issue with a glow plug relay, but nothing since."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: 3 cyl Mitsubishi diesel, rear diff lock, adjustable 3 pt speed, adjustable rear wheels (width), adjustable ROPS, easily accessible filters, radiator pre-screen. Cons: No aux lights, no toolbox, low loader lift capacity, limited adjustablility on 3pt arms, no hydraulic remotes, expensive filters, single speed PTO. Type of User: Homeowner 100+ Acres Location: USA PA I also considered buying:
