"I've had this machine for 15 years. In genera,l it has been a good mower. It does not like wet grass. It does not like long grass. When conditions are favourable it is brilliant. It cuts and mulches short grass and nothing needs collecting. Parts are now becoming an issue, with many obsolete in the UK. Overall it has served me well."

Pros: Smooth cut Cons: Wet grass Type of User: Homeowner 1-10 Acres Location: UK OT I also considered buying:

"I have recently purchased my Cub Cadet 2160 for my lawn. It is an older model that I bought used, so I am trying to figure this thing out. I have a little bit over an acre of manicured property to mow. But there is a nice incline that it has to climb. At this point I have not added any weights to the tractor, but I believe it definitely needs it. With the mower deck on, the tractor will not climb the hill. Does anybody have any suggestions on deck positioning or weight information? The front wheels on the deck can be repositioned, and I am thinking that this needs to be done. Every so often the right front deck will catches the ground and digs in rather than drive over. "

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Great engine. Good size deck. Cons: Traction going up a hill. Type of User: Homeowner 1-10 Acres Location: USA NY I also considered buying:
