"I purchased the model number YS4500 in 2008 and to date have had excellent results with it. It has a 24-horsepower Briggs engine which is more than enough for the jobs I do with it."

Model year: 2011 Date Purchased: 2011-05-11 Number of Hours: 100

"Bought the mower in 2011. Use it for mowing approximately an acre of land in the summer and also use it as a snowblower in the winter on 5,000 sq. feet of driveway. I also use it to haul gravel, mulch and soil around the property. Just recently, I used it to pull a handmade harrow that weighs approximately 200 pounds with 2-inch railroad spikes digging into the ground up and down the driveway. When I turned to go back up the driveway it just spun. I added the rwar weights used for snowblowing at it worked great. The only issue I ever had with it was a no start because of lack of maintenance. Fuel filter was clogged after running out of fuel. Twice a year, spring and fall I do the regular maintenance, grease, oil, filters and checking for loose or broke items and it seems to work great. Grease more than twice a year."
